We proudly offer complimentary shipping for every order—always. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are promptly shipped upon completion, ensuring your custom garments reach you quickly and seamlessly.

We typically complete and ship your first custom shirt within approximately 3 business days from the time you confirm the accuracy of your order details. After you submit your measurements, we’ll promptly email you to confirm essential details, including:

• Item specifics (style, fabric, and color)
• Key measurements used to generate your custom pattern
• Selected fit profile and any chosen modifications

For first-time customers ordering multiple shirts, we’ll first complete and ship one shirt to ensure the fit is exactly as you expect. Once confirmed, we’ll proceed swiftly to complete the remaining garments in your order, ensuring consistency across every piece.

Because every Metric garment is custom-made specifically for your measurements and preferences, we’re unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. That’s why we offer our Perfect Fit Guarantee, ensuring your garment fits exactly as promised.
